For English-speaking visitors to Kharkov, the service provided by Alla and Sergey is second to none. The apartment at 44 Sumskaya street was comfortable and met every requirement. Satellite TV and internet access is most welcome and the central location means that Kharkov"s main attractions are within walking distance. The airport pickup service is also recommended for those unfamiliar with Ukrainian taxi practices and Alla and Sergey have an answer for every question you may have. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and fully intend to use their services in the future!!

I contacted Alla through her marriage agency since the last year in 2010, I must say that her seriousness and responsibility imprresed me really much from the very beginning. I got all the answers I needed to know before travelling to Kharkov and I never felt so safe about a person who has done more than I expected for me.

Bonjour à tous !Je tenais à écrire ce petit mot pour rassurer tous ceux qui souhaiteraient se rendre à Kharkov et faire appel aux services de Alla et Sergey pour faciliter leur logement sur place. Au début quelque peu hésitant à faire un versement d"accompte via WesternUnion, il s"est avéré que mes craintes étaient nullement fondées. L"appartement loué pour quelques jours (Sumskaya 44) était idéalement placé au centre ville (néanmoins silencieux) et très bien équipé avec tout le comfort moderne que l"on peut attendre d"une telle prestation (grands rangements, lit comfortable, télévision écran plat, machine à laver, fer à repasser, ordinateur avec connexion internet, sèche cheveux, très bien chauffé, ouverture à digicode, etc). Petit clin d"oeil, pour les amateurs de musique, il y a même la radio dans la douche à jets ;) Il est donc idéal pour un jeune couple ou un personne seule de passge sur Kharkov. Je souhaite également signaler le grand professionnalisme et l"extrême gentillesse de mes hôtes. Alla s"est occupé à merveille de la logistique aussi bien à l"aller qu"au retour, répondant avec patience à mes (nombreuses) interrogations. A mon arrivée, Sergey a tenu à me présenter dans les moindres détails les caractéristiques de l"appartement ainsi que les "frequently asked questions", de même que m"indiquer les commerces utiles les plus proches de l"appartement, chose que j"ai fortement appréciée, surtout lorsqu"on débarque dans une ville inconnue. Je profite donc de ces quelques mots pour les remercier très chaleureusement. Je ferai appel avec plaisir à leurs services si je me rends à nouveau à Kharkov.

And not to forget all the attentions received from you both. I can"t think of staying at another place on my next visit to Kharkov next year. I am happy to write a reference about your apartment. The price for the apartment Sumskaya 44 was very reasonable and handling payment and everything administrative was very easy for me. I found the apartment to be very modern, clean and with everything available for my stay including iron, ironing board, hair dryer, internet, etc. Everything worked well and I had no complaints. The location is outstanding in relation to being close to the city center and being on the 2nd floor was very easy for the walk up. Alla and Sergey were very accommodating and went above and beyond in their support and service to me as a renter. I will definitely contact Alla the next time I travel to Kharkov for her services.

Recently I visited the Ukraine and stayed in one of Alla"s apartments on Sumskaya 44. I found the apartment to be very clean, modern, with all the conveniences. It was also very well situated in the city center close to everything there. The management was very helpful, cooperative with me during my stay. I would recommend this company for anyone who is coming to Kharkov, and when I return there will be using their services.

To whom it may concern, I stayed in a wonderful apartment, at Sumskaya 44, it is located in the center of town just across the street from a beautiful park. The apartment is modern and clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also I was happy that I only had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to my apartment. The manager is very knowlegable and speaks perfect English and is always ready to help you with anything you might need. The cost is reasonable and the next time I visit Kharkov I will want to stay there again. Cordially,

Hi Victoria I wanted to formally thank you and the team for making my trip to Kharkov this 24th-31st January 2009 so successful and enjoyable that I did not want to leave. Firstly, the accommodation arrangements at Sumskaya 44 were exactly what was needed with a smart, modern, warm and internet equipped apartment. The location was perfect in the centre of town and though I was worried about noise from being next to a 24hr cafe and the main thoroughfare through the city centre, neither in the end was of any disturbance. The cafe next door proved it usefulness on a number of occasions, especially when coming in from the winter cold. Secondly, the car arrangements worked perfectly. For the first time in eight years of trips to the former CIS I was equipped with a true 4x4 for my out of city explorations. The driver worked very hard in getting me from A to B not only over winter terrain but also in getting back in and out of the city on time. The limo service to and from Kharkov and Kiev"s airports was a smart switch in being more comfortable and swifter than would have been in the 4x4. Thirdly, in tirelessly arranging a series of appointments with local young ladies you attempted to fill the emotional gap in my life. If nothing else it filled the winter evenings with interesting and diverting conversations about myself, themselves and the Ukraine in general. That such emotional fulfillment is still pending is, of course, entirely mine not your fault....! That the ladies produced matched their photographs, and web bios was a surprise to my cynical nature and, despite the concerns of being scammed and experience of being used by girls of other agencies, this never once happened from a lady recommended by yourselves at All Ukraine Beauties. And finally, none of this would not have worked without your own efforts and in particular when translating. Having come across a handful of self-styled translators in my visit I realised what a thankless task it is repeating the chit-chat of two individuals making small-talk to get to know each other. Many other so-called translators side-stepped this process by answering from their own existing knowledge of the girl or, directly from themselves if it just seemed to be passing conversation. Your direct one for word translation made the whole process more engaging, more intimate and ultimately much more successful than others. I highly recommend you for those both looking for love and those just looking for translation services in Kharkov Oblast. I look forward to returning to Kharkov and using your agency again.
