Transfer
We can offer you a transfer service. Our professional driver will meet you either at Kiev airport or at Kharkov airport or railway/bus station and deliver you to the door of your apartment.
The cost of such service depends on the distance of the transfer.

If you need services of a professional interpreter during your stay in Kharkov or you would like to go sightseeing with a local guide who speaks your language, we can offer you the services of experienced members of our staff.

Rental of mobile phone
If you need to use your international phone number in Ukraine and don’t want to change your sim-card, we will help you to buy Ukrainian mobile card which costs around 5 USD and also we can give you a mobile phone for your private calls for free.

Laundry service
Most of our apartment for rent have washing machines. But in any case, you can order laundry service. Call to us and we will arrange your clothes to be washed, dried and ironed. Depending on the amount and form of clothes washed, it will cost from 10 USD.

Housemaid service
Usually we offer to clean our apartments and change sheets/towels every 7 days. If you need more frequent maid service, we will arrange it.

Food delivery
Sometimes our clients ask to buy them some products before their arrival (drinking water, cheese, bread, butter, milk, sausages, etc). Although our apartments are located in the center of Kharkov, where there are 24/7 cafes and restaurants, when you come early in the morning or late at night, you can be tired to go there. So we recommend you to order food delivery to your apartment. Contact us if you need such service in advance. It is available if you provide the prepayment for apartment reservation.
Car rental
If you plan to travel around a lot during your stay in Kharkov, we can offer you several options of car rental. We have a selection of various cars with professional drivers. Also, we can help you to rent a car in one of the local car rental agencies.

Travel agency
We are glad to represent a brand new service option for all our clients - TRAVEL SERVICE (travel licence AB #020263 of the 24th of March 2006, issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism). This service will definitely give some more opportunities to our clients, letting them rest somewhere in a very nice place, escaping all the problems and burdens of daily vanity vanities. We would like to suggest you to visit extremely charming Czech Republic (everybody knows how cute Prague is, how great its cuisine is and how exciting is the night life over there; also, Karlovy Vary is a place where it is possible not only to rest, but to improve the health condition at the same time. Moreover, it would be unwise to doubt the fact that Prague is one of the most romantic places ever).
Hungary is a great option as well (please, keep in mind that Budapest is really wonderful with a lot of great places to see and such a great atmosphere, which brings so much peace and comfort while one is roaming along its streets. It would be great to visit the Balaton lake area too)! And, surely we are providing hundreds of different tours to many others countries! It just depends on your own choice!
