The rules of apartment booking
You found the apartment you like and do not know how to book it? Do not worry, it is very simple, just follow our Reservation Rules!
This page is here to help you find the accommodation that suits you best. The steps to follow are really simple, take them one at a time, and you will find out how easy it is to book an apartment in Kharkov through us!
- Begin with picking one or more apartments you like and getting down their addresses.
- When you got that done, contact us via e-mail info@apartments-kharkov.com or by phones at +38 057 7143420 or +38 066 668 5054 and let us know what your best-choice apartment is. If you are in the city already, you can come directly to our office at 44/2 Sumskaya Street.
- Please make sure that you provide us with the exact dates of your stay in Kharkov, so that we can see if the desirable accommodation is available during the specified period of time.
- If the chosen apartment is not available for some reasons during those dates, then our managers will provide you with other options of available apartments that meet your requirements.
- To book the apartment you like, you should provide the sum equal to 1 day stay in that apartment. This money will be counted towards your total payment for the rent. It is NOT an extra payment.
- Please, note! The rest of money for the chosen apartment you will need to pay in cash when you are in Kharkov. We advise you to bring some money as cash (dollars or euro). Here you will change money to Ukrainian currency Hrivna without problem in any bank. You can also bring your credit cards (Visa and MasterCard are preferable). Usually there is no problem to take money from a credit card through ATM, or to pay by credit card in restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques. But sometimes foreigners expect problems, for example, if the currency of their cards is not dollar or euro. And one more advise, if you are going to use your credit/debit cards here, better to notify your banks about visiting Ukraine. Sometimes foreign banks block cards of their clients when they see suspect withdrawal of money.
- In order to transfer the money for booking, please use Western Union, MoneyGram or Anelik, or if you are in Kharkov already just come by our office in the center of Kharkov at 44/2 Sumskaya Street from 11AM to 7PM Ukrainian time (GMT +2).
- Check in time 12 p.m. (noon) - 2 p.m. and check out time 12 p.m. (noon). If you need to check in earlier or check out later you should pay for one more night of your accommodation. If we have possibility to let you check 2-3 hours earlier or check out 2-3 hours later we are always glad to help you for free.
- If you plan late/night or early check in you need to pay for the transfer from the airport (35 USD) or from the railway/bus station (25 USD). If you have contact person in Kharkov, we can give keys from apartment to this person at business time (from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.) and it will not be necessary to pay for the transfer.
- If you reserve an apartment for a long term (more than 21 night), you should pay the deposit in the sum of 100 USD. We can also provide you with discount if you rent our apartment for a long term. To learn more about this discount, please, contact us via email or telephone.
- In case if you plan to stay in Kharkov less than for 3 days, contact our manager for more details. Not all apartments are available for reservation for such a short term.
- If you need a car transfer from the railway/bus atation or airport, please visit our page How to get to Kharkov. Just note that night transfer/meetings at the apartments (from 10.p.m. till 7 a.m.) should be discussed in advance.
PLEASE NOTE! If you book an apartment and for some reason do not come to stay there, the sum of reservation will not be returned. That is so because in case if the accommodations were not reserved for you, then somebody else would be renting it. The owners do not return money back.
